Cancellations
You may cancel your booking at any time; however, certain conditions apply:
- Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges.
- Short-Notice Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation fee to cover driver time and travel.
- Driver En Route: Once a driver has arrived at the pickup point, full charges may apply if the booking is cancelled.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not arrive at the pickup location within a reasonable waiting period, the booking may be marked as a no-show, and charges may apply.
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- A full refund will be provided for eligible cancellations made within the free-cancellation window.
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
- Non-refundable charges include tolls, surcharges, or fees already incurred before cancellation.
